Chính sách này mô tả cách SNote thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu khi bạn dùng ứng dụng. Bằng việc sử dụng SNote, bạn đồng ý với các nội dung được mô tả trong tài liệu này.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi có thể xử lý
- Dữ liệu bạn tạo trong ứng dụng (ghi chú, nhãn, cài đặt).
- Thông tin tài khoản nếu bạn đăng nhập/liên kết tài khoản.
- Thông tin giao dịch khi mua tính năng qua Google Play (nếu có).

RECORD_AUDIO) chỉ khi bạn chủ động dùng tính năng nhập giọng nói.
3. Cách dùng quyền microphone
SNote chỉ yêu cầu microphone để chuyển giọng nói thành văn bản khi bạn bấm dùng voice input. Ứng dụng không ghi âm nền liên tục.
Với Web Speech API, dữ liệu âm thanh có thể được xử lý bởi dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói của nền tảng (ví dụ trình duyệt/hệ điều hành). SNote không lưu trữ tệp ghi âm thô trên máy chủ của SNote trừ khi bạn chủ động sử dụng tính năng lưu âm thanh (nếu có).
4. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp chức năng chính của ứng dụng (ghi chú, tìm kiếm, nhắc nhở, voice input).
- Xử lý thanh toán, khôi phục quyền lợi mua hàng (nếu bạn dùng tính năng trả phí).
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng và xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
SNote không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý bởi nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba khi cần cho chức năng ứng dụng, ví dụ:
- Google Play Billing (thanh toán).
- Google AdMob (quảng cáo, nếu hiển thị trong ứng dụng).
- Dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói của nền tảng khi dùng voice input.
- Nhà cung cấp đăng nhập xã hội nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng bên thứ ba.
6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu. Thời gian lưu trữ phụ thuộc mục đích sử dụng và nghĩa vụ pháp lý liên quan.
7. Quyền của bạn
- Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa ghi chú trong ứng dụng.
- Bạn có thể yêu cầu hỗ trợ xóa dữ liệu/tài khoản bằng cách gửi email tới support@snote.io.vn.
8. Trẻ em
SNote không chủ đích thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em trái với quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

3. How microphone permission is used
SNote requests microphone access only to convert speech to text when you trigger voice features. The app does not continuously record audio in the background.
With Web Speech API, audio may be processed by the platform speech-recognition provider (for example, browser or operating system services). SNote does not store raw audio files on SNote servers unless you explicitly use an audio-saving feature (if available).
4. Why we use data
- Provide core app functionality (notes, search, reminders, voice input).
- Handle purchases and entitlement restore flows (if paid features are used).
- Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Data sharing
SNote does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by third-party services where needed to operate app features, such as:
- Google Play Billing (payments).
- Google AdMob (ads, if enabled in the app).
- Platform speech-recognition providers when using voice input.
- Social login providers if you choose third-party sign-in.
6. Storage and security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. Data retention depends on operational and legal requirements.

- You can edit or delete notes inside the app.

SNote is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
